This is a so called double phase make up remover that is activated by shaking the bottle. I realize that you need to generously wet the cotton pads and leave it on the eyelids for a few seconds, so that make up will melt, the wipe away the residue. I would say it cleans away about 95% of the eye make up. After that the product leave a slightly greasy film, which should be washed out or removed with toner or miscelar water. Anyhow I find this product by Nivea very beneficial since you don't need to rub and stretch the eyelid skin a lot.

This is an amazing product which removes even waterproof make up. Thich layers of mascara and long-wear lipstick which are always hard to remove, came off within seconds! It has 2 layers so make sure to shake well before use, to combine the watery and oily part. I have very sensitive eyes and I was relieved to see that it caused absolutely no irritation. Great product!

You don't have to rub so hard using this, it removes even waterproof mascara, eyeliner and lipstick quickly. Leaves behind a slight oily finish which can be removed using water. Overall very satisfied.
