I would become physically sick when reading these, and I would spend hours pawning over responses that I believed would make my nEx “realize” what he was saying wasn’t true.Until I discovered this book, I had no idea I was feeding into exactly what nEx craved- he was getting my attention, and so much of it!I have multiple pages sticky-noted, as I reference them that often.My mom has now also read the book, and when a message comes through that puts my head in a fog, she becomes my real life “narc decoder,” helping me implement what we’ve learned. There are many father's rights groups that bully this woman and her organization because they are Narcissists themselves. A Narcissist will never ever admit fault and take responsibility for anything that they do. That being said, I have read all of her books. I like that this is a short book so it does not take up a lot of time to read. The book is about how you should talk to a Narcissist if at all. It also explains how to understand or decode messages you receive from them. I highly recommend this book. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Antidote *by E***T on Reviewed in the United States on March 22, 2019* If you are dealing with a relationship in which your partner seems oblivious to your concerns or even takes delight in your pain, if you are blaming yourself, reading every self help book you can find and crying on the couch of your counselor, or if you have left said partner but they still can't leave you alone, I would recommend you find a quiet space and read this book without delay.
