I realize this has a rechargeable battery but can the rechargeable battery be replaced once it reaches it's useful life?

Hi, All of our products, including the BANTAM, are covered under our lifetime warranty. This includes coverage of the battery. So, if your battery no longer holds a charge, just reach out to us and we'll have it replaced for you at no cost! Thanks, Mike Customer Care Team

How long is the cord? Thanks in advance!

Hi, The USB Type-C cord that comes with the BANTAM is 40 inches long. Thanks! Mike

Can i charge this using the usb charger but directly connected to the power supply ( via phone charger) a laptop? Also can i use a voltage of 240 ?

I have used an iPhone charger from 240volts. Didn’t blow up.

I purchased a new Bantam directly from Ekrin, other than the motor sound, there is a high pitch annoying humming noise. Is this normal?

Yes. Mine makes the same sound. It works well, but definitely isn’t quiet.
