First things first, this is a great multivitamin. I (22F) started taking it to help treat my telogen effluvium (hair loss caused by stress/hormone changes), along with Iron-C and ashwagandha supplements from the same brand, and I’m happy to say that ALL my hair is growing back, good as new, after just a few weeks! However, there are a few things I wish I’d known before I started taking this one.First, since it’s so jam-packed with ingredients, each pill is going to be insanely potent and have a powerful, noticeable effect on your body from the moment it hits your stomach. Bear in mind, I am a HUGE skeptic when it comes to taking any kind of supplements—before I got TE, the only things I’d ever taken were Flintstones vitamins—so I was pretty suspicious of all the reviews on this one claiming that it made people jittery and energized immediately after taking just one. I thought surely these people were suffering from the placebo effect or forgetting that they’d taken it along with a cup of coffee or something equally preposterous. Boy was I wrong. These things really do slam into your system like a live wire! Unlike some of the others in this review section, I don’t find it uncomfortable or disruptive to my day-to-day in any way, but it is certainly hard to forget about.Second, the TASTE! Ugh. I have to plug my nose when I’m taking it, and I don’t let go until after I’ve swallowed, it’s that awful! It kinda tastes/smells like a stale old barnyard. Imagine the smell of hay mixed with a blossoming Bradford pear tree (the ones with the little white flowers whose odors are nothing like a pear). No bueno. But easy enough to work around if you don’t mind a slight ear-popping sensation when you swallow. Heaven forbid you have to taste a burp with it still undigested in your stomach, but that’s the worst of it.Now, I’ve saved the worst for last, and it’s directed specifically towards anyone with ADHD: DO NOT TAKE THIS AT THE SAME TIME AS YOUR MEDICATION!!! If you take a stimulant medication of any kind for any reason, PLEASE heed my warning. I’ve made this mistake twice now and both times I wished I could just die so I could escape the indescribable pain I was in. The experience only lasts about 15 minutes to half an hour, but the whole time you’ll be groaning and writhing, clutching your stomach, heavy and labored breathing, sweat literally pouring out over your entire body, as you endure an acute short version of the same kinda pain one might feel at the peak of their worst period cramp ever. If you’re a woman then you know the type of pain I’m talking about and will steer clear at any cost. If you’re a man and you have an Adderall Rx, feel free to take this multivitamin at the same time to get a feel for what menstrual pains are like, then remember the traumatic horror of it all whenever you’re tempted to roll your eyes at a woman who says she’s really going through it. It’s just awful. I don’t know exactly how or why these two pills interact with each other in such an explosive way, so I can’t give any advice on when it’s safe to take one after the other, but I haven’t had too much trouble unless I take them within 45ish minutes of each other. There was one time where I took my Adderall (30mg IR for reference) about an hour before I took my vitamins, and I did feel the tiniest brush of the same sensation, but it was just a twinge—maybe a minute or two long, and exponentially milder than the two times I took them together or nearly back to back. The worst of it was when I took the two simultaneously, like in the same handful with the same gulp of water to wash them down. The second time, I took my Adderall about 10 minutes prior to the multivitamin, and it was pretty much the same amount of pain, but it felt like it was over just a little bit faster. This leads me to suspect it has something to do with absorption or digestion rates, so from here on out I will be making absolute sure that I don’t let these things anywhere near each other in my stomach. Am I going to stop taking either of them altogether? No! But I hope my experience can serve as a cautionary tale to those in my same position and prevent them from enduring the same horrific fate.

These particular vitamins work well for me. I like that it doesn’t have a high amount of vitamin C because of my kidney stones, great on Vitamin D. Easy to take. Been taking these for over a year now.

I wanted to love these because I know they're a high quality supplement and they have really good B vitamins that will give good energy. The only problem is I'm on a glp1 medication and my system moves a lot slower than just a average person's. So for me these kind of failed in that area. If you're on a glp one medication or just have digestive issues and honestly recommend you do what I did before and take a liposomal multivitamin. They have a brand called healthy cell that's sold here by Amazon and it will give that instant energy because it completely bypasses the stomach acid. They might be kind of expensive going with that other other brand, but when you think about it, it's going to give you the nutrients you need instead of just taking something like this that will just get stuck in your system and not actually absorb at all. So it's almost like wasting $25 or having $50 or $60. That actually makes sense and you're getting your money's worth. I think these would be absolutely wonderful for a normal person with a normal digestive system to take because I clearly saw in the reviews that even people with at attention deficit disorder like I have were having crazy bursts of energy, but I didn't feel that at all whatsoever. I think that just goes to show how much of an effect it can have whether your digestive tract is in good working condition or not. So trust me when I say go with the liposomal and honestly don't, I would stay away from the liquids like Mary Ruth. I wouldn't say stay away but they're not enclosed in a packet. So basically every time you open it it's letting oxygen out and the vitamins aren't as fresh as it is right out of a single packet. For anyone that just wants to try this vitamin there is no weird taste. It does help that it's one single vitamin you have to take and it's not a bunch and I know that this brand is very clean, high quality and strong ingredient formulations. It just didn't work for me so this is me. This is mostly for the glp one people or anybody that has digestive issues. I want to say I didn't notice any side effects and I honestly didn't but I also don't know if it was just because it was backed up in my system. So I want to be fair and not say anything honestly as far as that, even though I would have loved to included that to help people. But I mean I guess either way it's still going in my system and I'm sure if it was going to cause bad side effects I might have noticed that regardless of whether God digested completely or not. I hope my review helps someone make a good decision in buying a multivitamin because I know it's just a multivitam and there's so much so many other complex formulas out there that people are going and looking after right now. But you one main basic thing is a multivitamin and if you don't have that sorted out and have a good working multivitamin I don't think any other type of vitamin really matters because this is your main like core vitamin. So go with the liposomal and even if you aren't having digestive issues I'd say go with the liposomal.

Seems very high quality & you can feel the difference, well worth the money!

Excellent! Works for me. I can only speak for myself, and there are some that I have tried, and had side effects, but not with this one. I’m sticking with this brand. Wise choice.
