Others who have purchased say it is for small areas and light use however I used it on high weeds around my lake. It did a great job. I received 2 batteries and a charger which did help to continue with the job. Each battery lasted at least 20-30 minutes depending on the extent of the weeds. I previously owned a black and decker weede eater that was given to me by my dad and I used it for about 1 1/12 years so I had 2 other batteries. The automatic feed was a great surprise. I have not experienced any glitches with the automatic feed. I would definitely recommend the weed eater. I really don’t have any bad things to say about the weed eater. The blower is also lightweight and easy to use. It is good for lightweight clippings. I do feel that it is lacking in power in blowing small rocks or making leg back into place. Although I do like black and decker products I would not recommend buying the blower if you were to purchase it alone.
