There is no mention of this on the product or how much is in the product. I believe that needs to be corrected. It also throws up an issue regarding daily supplements as the multivitamin my wife and I take daily contains 150mcg of iodine too. So if you eat fish too, this might mean you are having too much iodine. I am now sort of nervous about having it, because I don't want to mess up our thyroids. Like I said, this product does not show (very surprisingly indeed) anywhere how much iodine is in it. It's not as off the scale as some others but it is still high according to some internet sites. We have it with breakfast twice a week and with lunch once a week. And each time with different fish. It also pairs perfectly with mackerel and tomatoes.
