This is not out of the box ready, you will need to Eq the sound to make it sound even more amazing.The only thing I really hated about this headset was the mic. It sound SO bad. I didn't buy it for the mic, I have an external i love.the surround sound is awesome. There is zero noise cancelling or helpful use for the ear cups.Head band: The ridiculous looking headband is absolutely worthless. With the earcup set on my ear, the head band doesn't touch my head and barely touches my hair, until the headset slides down enough that the ear cup rests on top of my ear, and then the headband provides zero support.Audio: Where do I start with this disaster? I play counter strike often, and love having 5.1 at least. This headset looked to impress, and when I log into the game, it sounds like an echo box.. tried adjusting the settings, and working everything out, but I hop into a game, and it just sounds absolutely AWEFUL! I can not describe how bad it really is.
