I find that wearing different shoes helps with some problems. I don't like to change the inserts, so I bought 3 pairs. I keep the origional insole, remove it, place the walk fit, and then put the origional insole over the walk fit. This helps keep everything in place.The walk fit helps me for arch support and pronation. I find that I have to have them in my shoes. They are not as good as my $300.00 orthos I bought, but close enough. So glad I purchased from amazon cuz I heard that the 1-800 walk fit number trys to sell you everything. I had called them to ask a few questions about the product. It took a week tobecome accustomed to them, increasing the wearing time gradually as instructed. Its an indication that my foot was not properly aligned. No more foot pain. I still expect to feel pain onthe first step of the day or after sitting, butnothing.
