## Questions & Answers

**Q: I ordered a 2 pack and received on ly one.  Is the other one being shipped?**
A: Contact the supplier and complain to Amazon.

**Q: Why do they send expired jars that are not returnable?**
A: Never had that happen but if it did, they would most certainly exchange it for me.

**Q: is it hot or sour ?**
A: It is not hot and, like all mustard, is somewhat sour.  Meaux mustard has been around for a long, long time.  I like it and hope you will as well.  The unique thing about it is that it contains whole mustard seed.

**Q: Mine arrived leaking and there is no return policy. How will you rectify this?**
A: Mine also had problems in shipping.  Three of the four jars were broken and the other leaked slightly but was salvageable.  I eventualy got a refund from Amazon.
