Review: Nice design - After looking at every model available for less than $100, I selected this firepit. I'm thrilled with it. PROS: Easy to assemble. Took me about 20 minutes by myself, and I wasn't working fast. This model has a deeper than normal burning area thanks to the design. Very attractive. CONS: I feel like this is nitpicking, because it's a great product imo. There's no bottom grate to elevate the logs from the base. Instead, there are 4 ridges built into the base that are approx. 1" high. I guess that works, but fortunately my old grate fit perfectly into the bottom, so I'm using that to provide more space on the bottom. The ring in the center of the lid is too small to accommodate both prongs of the poker/scraper. Not a big deal, one prong is sufficient. Would have liked an option to add a cover, but my old cover fits nicely. All in all, I'm very happy. The depth is the best feature. Sometimes on my old firepit the cover couldn't close properly because of the logs inside, but this design gives plenty of room without sacrificing a clean view of the flames. I should also mention the cooking grills are a very nice extra! Very nice product! Review: Stylish and fun - This fire pit is not tiny, which is a plus. It's lightweight and I like the design on the side as well as the fact that you can see the whole fire. It's well ventilated, comes with cooking grills and a poker.
