How do I get rid of message I have installed the drum but still says drum end soon?

Hi. I have the new drum but still get the "replace drum" message with every use. How do I fix this?

What does 2-year warranty cover? replacement? refund? seller pays for replacement shipping?

v4ink product has a 2-year warranty that covers replacement and refund since the date of purchase. If there is any quality problem, we would afford the replacement freight.

I installed a new drum but only part of the page is printing. what might the problem?

We guess that the drum may had some problem, could you please contact us ( through Your account-Your orders-Contact Seller) and sending us the photos of printout? We will provide you with a solution ASAP after receiving your email.

Could you let us know if any messages prompt on your printer after you reset the drum? If you receive the error message "Replace Drum", or "Drum End Soon" after replacing the drum unit with a new one, please try the reset instructions as below: 1. Make sure that the machine is turned on. 2. Press X (the cancel button) to interrupt the error. 3. Press Settings -->All Settings --> Machine Info. --> Parts Life. 4. Press and hold # until the LCD message changes 5. Press Drum. 6. Press Yes 7. Press Home. Please try the steps above and let us know if it helps solve the problem. Thank you, Emma V4ink
