I don't know why I stopped using this powder. I think we get enthralled by trends and look for new, shiny toys. I used this through high school and college and then forgot about it until now, and at 50 I can say it's every bit as great as it was decades ago. Apply with a big brush to banish shine, put over sunblock or tinted moisturizer to give a flawless finish or use a puff alone or over foundation for evening, etc. I have very fair skin and translucent still blends perfectly. There is titanium dioxide in it though it no longer carries an SPF rating, but I'm happy putting it over block. I know the trend right now is to try to make our skin look like glass, but one in a million people will accomplish it. I'm not trying to influence anyone or be trendy; at 50 I'm more interested in highlighting what I have. If it's too matte a little bit of cream highlighter works fine, it doesn't accentuate my fine lines nor dry my already dry skin (obviously any powder can, so use your serum and moisturizer). It buffs and blurs and balances redness, and feels like nothing on my skin. I couldn't be happier with it back in my routine.

I have fair but somewhat ruddy skin that can be splotchy in places. This power palette creates a nice blend of color that evens out the splotchiness. It only provides light coverage, but is a step or two above translucent powder. I've been applying it using a kabuki brush after moisturizing and applying a light foundation (if I don't moisturize enough the powder appears dry on my nose, otherwise no issues with dryness). I've found the included application pad to be somewhat useless, but it works ok for re-applying on the run - have only needed to re-apply once per day, if at all. My combo skin tends to be oily on my T-zone, but this powder seems to keep it under control. I have pretty sensitive skin and this product has not caused any breakouts or alleric reactions in the 2-3 weeks I've been using it. My only complaint is the case: you open the top and are looking at the powder. You then have to flip up the powder tray to access the applicator and the mirror, then flip it back down to apply powder to the applicator, then flip it back up to use the mirror, Not the end of the world, but wasn't well though out. I usually splurge on more expensive makeup, but this economically priced powder works great and I would buy it again.

For days when you don't want to use foundation, or with, prefect and even coverage. Looks so natural. I keep it on hand all the time now, even have a few backups! I have super sensitive skin and it doesn't bother it at all.

My favorite powder and an absolute makeup staple for my everyday use. Glides on beautifully, blends out imperfections without looking too much like makeup, looks natural, worked amazing on my oily skin, and lasts all day.

This product is safer to use that other common make-up and setting powders. I love this brand of make up for their safer product options, that still provide great results. The soft texture and bendability of the color pallet made this product very nice to use. Its compact size is also great for travels. This color blend was not great personally for me, as I realized with use that I have a fairer complexion than the color selection I chose. However, the coverage was great, and on a tanner person, this product would be absolutely flattering. Would purchase again, but in a lighter shade.
