BASE SUCKS
The tv is good but the base sucks. Our tv literally fell face first on day cause the base is so unstable. It doesn't stand straight up there is always a slight slant to it, that makes me very nervous. Honestly would of bought a better tv if I knew the base was so poorly built there isn't even anything to connect the base with the tv. I have to get a wall mount to calm my nerves

Okay to be clear this television is not a smart television. Its just a regular flat screen. Second, the base is AWFUL. I would highly suggest just buying a wall mount, or a separate base. Third the packaging, or lack there of, is awful. It is delivered in the box it comes it, everyone can see it is a television and could just walk by and take it. I don't live in a bad neighborhood but i know damn well someone could just run up and swipe the television. Ridiculous.

Tv screen goes black.
The tv screen will sometimes go black but I can still hear sound. I have to turn it off and on one or more times before it's back to normal. This has been happening since day one. I know it's not because of the brand because I have another Element tv I bought years ago from Wal-Mart and it works just fine.
