How long will the wheels flash for?

So tbe wheels flash when they turn, when you stop so do the lights. There is no on/off button. Mine are still working. I'm not sure how long they will work for or how they work.

Are they suitable for outside on tramac and concrete?

Yes, just not very lumpy road, you will fall over.
