Hard to sharpen, but has great edge retention. Used it for cutting cooked chicken and works great

Although expensive, this paring knife is a sound investment. It is top quality, small enough to fit comfortably in the hand, and incredibly sharp. It easily slices through fruit, vegetables and meat, and has a neat plastic case to fit in when not in use. I recommend highly, but care needs to be taken when using.

Excellent knife

Blades a bit flimsy very sharp though I prefer something a bit more substantial

I haven't sharpened it over months of weekly use. Sharp tip and blade. Attractive even after many dishwasher passes.
