I installed these in a vintage car and wasn’t expecting much, I was wrong! I’m the past I was an avid MB Quart guy (pre 2004 before they were sold) and used to be spend a lot on auto stereo stuff and I was always somewhat disappointed. I scaled back my expectations and bought these 6.5” components for a loud an Italian sports car. While these aren’t the MB Quart of the past, these things play loud and clear and I’m using an Alpine head unit (1990s) with speaker level outputs.
