Does this work well if you have dry skin?

I would think it would work on any type of skin.

I am 65 yrs old will this make me dry looking under eye and older.

This stuff made the skin under my eyes dry, even with moisturizer and concealer. I am going to return it and get the Laura Mercier brightener / blur undereye powder. It is pricey, but I understand that it is good. I was trying to save some money with the Becca product.
