I had ordered this same part from my Nissan dealer in August of 2021 and I am still waiting for it to come in (Dec 2022). My old sun visor was broken and would not fold up out of the way and was very annoying. I decided to order the part here and see if I could install it myself. I am a 59 year old woman with no experience replacing any car parts. I was able to successfully replace this part and it works perfectly now. The lighted mirror works too. The one issue I had was that the small cover plate over the screws broke when I was removing it to take the old sun vison off. But, the dealership broke the passenger side one when they replaced the passenger side sun visor a while back also.
