Filled with name brand items, and a few I had never heard of... it is perfect for the late nights of study groups.... truly.. but to say it is healthy... that just isnt true. I was disappointed, health freak indicates very healthy contents. So for the future, healthy could include: no stir all natural no oil, salt or sugar added,peanut or almond butter, dried no sugar added all natural fruits, such as cranberry, mango, apple chips and figs. My son felt they were high in sugar and calories. Other possible items: sugar free hot chocolate, 100% cocoa chocolate bars,salt free peanuts, almonds, If possible salt free fat free soup mixes/cans. We'd appreciate real healthy products.
