Review: Soap kit - Brought for my granddaughter who wanted to know how to make soap she loves it
Review: Poor quality, look elsewhere - Soap making is a brilliant, easy craft. My daughter loved it. But this is not a good set and I don’t recommend it. It was missing the glitter entirely, which was an immediate disappointment. The scents were only about a quarter full, so was quickly hard to get into the dropper. And the moulds are so brittle that one was ripped after the first use. They’ve also not flat, so the soap tips over the edge when cooling. We received this as a gift, so I can’t get money back. I can only advise others to look for a better kit. This one isn’t worth the money.

**Q: Are there instructions somewhere ??**
A: Mine came with instructions. It's pretty simple. Melt the soap and die it, add scent. Pour into its mold. It's not really "soap making" as much as "soap melting". It melts in the microwave and we had to keep popping it in because it cools pretty fast too.

**Q: Do the ingredients contain any allergens? Specifically, does it contain soy?**
A: Online wax is listed as only material from the box this also includes: "phenoxyethenol, polyethylene terephthalate, polymethyl methacrylate, sodium hydroxide.." Smells like gasoline to me right out of the package. In my opinion NOT HEALTHY for kids or adults.  ~Dr Sara King

Lovely kit, made some nice soaps with the kids. The smells are not very strong but you can put your own oils in. The colours are good. Disappointed because the instructions said there should be glitter and there was none but that's a small gripe for a good product.
