The tan/beige color has a nice neutral tone that pairs well with the white. I've used them for a couple days and the absorbancy is fantastic. My previous towels set a low bar, so there may be better absorbing towels out there, but I'm completely happy with how quickly I'm able to dry dishes now. One or two wipes and the water is gone.
