Did anyone receiver their replacement?** A: I also did the recall thing. They said that they were sending it to me but I never got it. It's almost 2 years now I haven't received anything still. Anyone know how to get their money back from this one?. I also contacted them from their website. **Q: Will this cube tomatoes or smash them? I want to use this for making Pico de Gallo** A: You will smash the tomatoes if you expect the dicer to slice through skin against the blades. I cut romas with no issues and get beautiful dices, however, I cut them in half and place them flesh side down against the blades and press quickly. From that method it will cut the skin beautifully. **Q: What size in cups is the reservoir?** A: It is a decent size, about 4 cups. The bottom of the collection bin has useful rubber feet that keep the bin from sliding while using the blades and cutters. **Q: How do you dice celery? Couldn’t get it to work on small dice** A: After I cleaned my celery I cut each stock in 3 pieces. I laid them down on the small dice attachment, one at a time and it did great! I had one 8 years ago that must have been a cheap version since it never worked well. I donated it to good will. I have since seen so many videos of others using them and how easy and well it works for them that I started to look at getting it another time. I researched and checked reviews and settled on this one. It's great I look forward to using it more and cutting my meal prep time in half. I will add there is a slight learning curve to size of vegetables and amount of force to chop them. But I was able to figure it out. I am impressed with the quality of the chopper as well. It's sturdy and I love that it offers the mandolin as well. I will try that out once I get a cutting glove since I have read how sharp it is. The blades on the Chopper are sharp which it's suppose to be just have to be mindful. I will add that when I chopped my vegetables yesterday the uniformity in the size and consistency was so impressive.
