Puts everything together
I've been through a number of workshops, formal training events related to SWP and have always come away with a different perspective or tool to use for the groups I support as a business partner. Tracey's book feels real - and I got the sense of from the business leader perspective as well as the SWP facilitator.

Basic overview
A very basic overview. It would benefit with more depth and detailed examples. I was looking for more. Not a good value purchase.

Not detailed enough
This book is very high-level. If you know nothing about strategic workforce planning, it might be helpful. However, if you have a basic understanding of the work, skip this book. A new version with significantly more detail on supply and demand models (with examples) would be helpful.

Abgleich verschiedener Vorgehensweise

A great overview
This is a great overview of the subject of Strategic Workforce Planning, with a heavy focus on the important 'Strategy' part. Direct and to the point, it clearly lays out the author's preferred process, and offers advice on how to implement in your own company. She does this in simple terms without a lot of math. I would recommend this book for those companies that are starting their journey and are looking for where to start.
