Orthodontist suggested tying something around his elbow like an ace bandage to be a gentile reminder during sleep. I found this on desertcart and thought I’d give it a try. Of course it’s a little loose on him but we strap the Velcro and it keeps it in place well enough not to fall off. We’ve been using it for a few months and it’s worked for us. His teeth seem to not be protruding as much.
