Review: Pretty darn good! - This is an excellent reproduction of the original. I have an original, and it’s pretty darn good! I will buy more of these.
Review: Nice alternative - Works perfectly. Needed to replace a plug on a lamp cord. Many replace plugs are far too bulky. This vintage style plug was a great patch for the lamp. Install is easy. The trick is to feed your wires through and, one at a time, remove the metal plug you're attaching the wire to, secure the wire, and then reattach the metal plug. Otherwise, it's too tight of a space to get the wire properly secured.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality, but there's a TRICK to the wiring
*by R***. on February 20, 2024*

I used this plug for a vintage radio I was restoring. After spending too much time trying to wire the plug, I found the 'trick' that really helped. But, first let me say what doesn't work. I found that there is only enough space in the plug to tie a single knot for a strain relief. Also there is not enough room for using any type of spade connector. The only feasible way is to wrap a wire (either tinned or bare) clockwise around the large screw on the prong. Only then, did I find the TRICK that I should have tried first. Remove the prongs from the plug by undoing their small screw, and then do the wiring. After which you can replace the prongs in the plug and you're all set. In my case, I bent and tinned the wires before tightening the screw down, which worked perfectly. Hope this helps.
