They don’t designate a bing size like they do for carboys. **Q: Is there an option for a different lid? Perhaps a raised lid? Different drillings to fit a thermowell?** A: There is a domed lid for the 7 gal. The 3.5 gal has only 1 lid option as far as I know. They sell blow off hardware to attach a blow off tube. I think you would have to drill your own thermowell I’ve been considering that for myself.
