However, a word of warning, the switch that is install in the Dualshock is VERY difficult to desolder and you will need desoldering station or sucker to remove it, or at least I did. This replacement slotted straight in and now L3 button is working again and there is no ghosting whilst playing. I found that it is slightly stiffer than the one it replaces, however, not sure if this is due to the older one being softer due to wear and if this one will be the same in a few months.

**Q: Can ps4 analog replament replace duel sense ps5 analogs**
A: Yes. The PS5 Dual Sense uses the same analog sticks as the PS4 Dual Shock. I’d recommend looking up a channel called Tronix Fix on YouTube to have a look at the tear down of the both.

**Q: Are these the same on the Xbox series s controls ?**
A: Yes and no.
Yes because they can be used as s replacement for the analog stick as I've used them in a ps4 controller 
And no because they are much stiffer and require more force to move them.
I've had no trouble using them as replacement.

**Q: Will these work with only xbox controlls or 3rd party as well.**
A: I used mine in a os4 controller, as long as the controller you want repaired used standard analog sticks it'll work.
Little word tho, these are stiffer than the ones in your controller.

**Q: Will these work with the Nintendo Pro controller?**
A: No, these are way to thick look gor this,

### ⭐⭐⭐ Works but...

The right-hand joystick of my DualSense controller became reluctant to move smoothly so I replaced it with one of these. The repair was rather difficult. Opening the controller was no problem but removing the old joystick module was a real challenge -- 14 points to desolder, 4 of which require extra heat because they are attachment points for the metal frame -- and I ended up cutting the metal frame after which it eventually came out. The new module fitted perfectly and I resoldered and reassembled. Now the controller works smoothly again but fine control is nonexistent as there seems to be some hysteresis: Move the stick and nothing happens until you move it some more. This makes accurate aiming impossible. I cannot tell whether this is a problem with the joystick module itself, or whether I damaged something on the motherboard while struggling to get the old module off.
