Really useful tool to have this conversation and the website explains some of the cards in more detail. It is quite American in places and felt some cards could be reduced from two to one (kids holidays with summer separate and kids activities sports and non sports) and some things that felt like needed to be separate cards- discipline and screentime or tidying organising and donating.
