The counter stool arrived earlier than expected and the assembly was with ease thanks to the helpful manual included. The cushion has a very good thickness, making this chair very comfortable to sit on for longer hours. The 360 swivel has a perfectly snug rotation to it so it doesn’t feel too loose/bumpy. The legs have nicely placed footrests too, and it comes with extra protectors to keep the chair from scratching on your floors. Overall it was a great purchase. Just hope they restock it again cause I need more. 🥺

I love the look and function. They are comfortable but over the last 5 years the foot rungs have come off multiple times and even with replying and new longer screws it doesn’t last long.

*UPDATE* I talked to customer service and they were so helpful! They were thorough in reviewing my issues and have offered to replace (one time) my stools. They asked for details to learn from the issues I had, so they could t continue to improve their product. They were beyond patient and responsive. Which completely gave me a different outlook on the product. ————— We’ve had these stools for a year. They met our initial need but I had concerns about quality from the get go. The horizontal slats/mini legs are not sturdy and the screws easily fall out. As a result they can move out of place and then extend pressure unequally to other parts of the stool. This added pressure resulted in one of the major supports snapping this morning. The one horizontal slat had slid out this morning while I was sitting and then the vertical leg it applied more pressure to broken. I’m annoyed because these seem more like $40 stools, not $100+. Love the look. The swivel works amazingly well. But the wood/legs are not sturdy and you will have to replace theses sooner than desired. Included photos from today and when we first set them up. The photo with a caption over it is more so to show the coloring and pretty look of the stool. Love the look, so much!
