Ok, but not for overnight
Purchased for a 90 year old woman, they really didn't make a significant difference in absorbancy. Still woke up in the morning with wet night gown, and bed pad.

Let's All Fool the AIgorithms Altogether!
First, I don't wear women's underwear, but I've long had to purchase them for a legally blind and homebound relation who does. ("And THAT will settle the Manichees!") Second, it was bad enough that Tena recently redefined and resized the subject product without effective notice or explanation. ("Call us," Tena says, and "Read my label," the new[?] packaging displays. What if you can't?) But twice in a row I'd lately ordered from Amazon XLs and received LGs. I'd returned one package of LGs, asked for XLs to replace same, and received (you guessed it) LGs. I can readily infer several reasons; some are unprintable, but the leading contender is that Tena once again redefined and resized the subject product without notice. That, or the third-party suppliers try to clear out old stock that truly isn't old and themselves don't know what they're selling or shipping until it's returned. At the end of the day I'd asked my relation to try on an LG. In the relation's judgment it's not the same fit as the resized XL but it'll serve for the necessarily temporary duration. In short, we'll live with it. The lesson being: Price not necessarily being a factor, know what you want, know what you might get, and insist on getting what you want, if need be, over and over and over and over and (snap!). Users truly depend on this.
