They are definitely big on me and kinda look like I’m wearing weird giant robot boots, but they’re not so big that they restrict my movement. They come up right to my knee and the foot pad completely covers my toes (which is probably good for better protection). I was concerned reading multiple reviews that noted getting chemical burns so I made sure to wipe the insides down with a Clorox wipe prior to using them. I had absolutely no issues with burns or irritation. Review: Surprisingly comfortable - Every time I go to put these on I think I’m going to be uncomfortable, that they are going to bother me and make it hard to workout. I’m wrong every time. Once they are on and I am moving I forget they are there other than to be thankful when I am kicked in the shin. They seem to be well made. The Velcro is strong.
