Review: Cute match holder - This is cute, the cloche dispenses 1 - 2 matches at a time, it keeps the matches dry. The glass seems quite thin, but it hasn't broken or chipped yet in 6 months, although I've only ever tipped it over once on a countertop. The matches that came with it ignite on the first strike, but they do throw a little spark of burning phosphorus each time - probably because the phosphorus tips are thicker than the standard matches from the grocery store.

**Q: Does the black triangle come off?**
A: Hi there, the black triangle is the logo and is not intended to be removed.

**Q: Does the striker wear out? Will it ever need to be replaced? If so, where can i find a replacement?**
A: I purchased this more for decorative value; however, I have used it a few times, and the striker seems durable enough for my needs. I'm more concerned about the thin glass breaking when I add enough pressure to light the match. I don't know if there are replacements for the striker. I have not ever seen any offered. I hope this helps your decision making.

**Q: Is the black triangle a sticker? Can I remove it?**
A: The triangle is our logo sticker and is not intended to be removed.

**Q: Is there a striker included?**
A: There is a sticker that can easily be removed.  There is also a match striker sticker on this as well. Yiu may want to keep that one unless you have another way to strike the matches.

I just gifted this to my niece today and it's honestly gorgeous in person. It really looks rich and elegant but also cool and kind of chic. She's a smoker and has lots of little smoking related knick knacks that will look great with this on her coffee table. The cork stays in place (which was my worry) and the glass is beautiful. We tried one out after she opened it and the strike part worked perfectly and the sulfur smelled great! Would really recommend. I purchased the black match one.
