Whats the difference between the kit and the paste?

The kit also has a pack of dehydrated coconut milk. With paste, you have to supply your own coconut milk. Also the paste is much weaker than the one supplied by the kit. I love the Prima Taste Laksa, but now it is so expensive I have to have laksa only rarely.
