I’m sure they would be fine but over time the handles may degrade. If you look after these knives they will last a lifetime. **Q: what is the difference between this knife and the 4110?** A: Last year, Wusthof changed all of their product numbers and updated the logo etching, as well as added the new logo inlay on the handle.
