Review: Looks like a good quality wok but what really bother me is that the wok is only 28 cm cooking surface not 48 cm as the name claims. The wok is 48 cm if you include the handle... Who shop for wok and look for measurement that include the freaking handle. Nobody care about the handle. Very misleading. I already have 2 wok in this size if the description was correct I wouldn't have brought this wok and now I am stuck with another smal wok. 😑

Die Edelstahl-Beschichtung ist nicht nur sehr pflegeleicht, sondern auch äußerst kratzfest – ein riesiger Pluspunkt gegenüber vielen anderen Antihaft-Beschichtungen. Das Wenden und Rühren gelingt dank der perfekten Wölbung und Größe (28 cm ist ideal für 2-4 Personen) mühelos. Sie heizt auf Induktion rasend schnell und gleichmäßig auf, sodass Gemüse schön bissfest bleibt und Saucen perfekt binden. Der größte Vorteil für mich: Die Backofenfestigkeit bis 250°C! Ich kann Gerichte nun problemlos vom Herd in den Ofen schieben, um sie zu überbacken oder zu gratieren – das eröffnet ganz neue Möglichkeiten und spart zusätzliches Geschirr. Die Pfanne ist außerdem sehr leicht zu reinigen, meist reicht ein einfacher Abwasch mit warmem Wasser und Spülmittel. Fazit: Eine durchdachte, vielseitige und extrem hochwertige Wokpfanne für den anspruchsvollen Alltag. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut. Wer eine langlebige, universell einsetzbare Pfanne sucht, ist hier genau richtig!
