Chuckit Max Glow Ball Dog Toy

These balls are so much fun for my girls. They know when I grab the flash light it’s time for glow ball. I use a little flashlight to charge it up and we get a good 15-20 minutes of bright glow. I saw some reviews saying it doesn’t glow, but it just needs to be “charged” with a light. Very durable unless my super chewer gets ahold of it for too long and just gnaws on it. All around good toy. Big bounce, fits in the launcher, the hole makes it whistle so she can follow the sound in the dark too.

My dog loves the Chuckit Max Glow Bouncy Ball. It is her favorite fetch toy and I am impressed at how durable this ball is. I have a 10 month old German Shepard American Staffordshire and she is a very aggressive chewer. This ball is durable and glows very bright for nighttime play. It's got great bounce and the added whistles like a wiffle ball is a bonus. Well worth the price.

Love this ball so much. It glows extremely bright day an night, its soft for my frenchie teeth but durable not to break after continuous fun of fetch or keep away. Its weightless an small enough to pack around to take out to play. We have to much fun even playing with the lights off at night with our pup and glow bal.😁

Picked this up for evening fetch sessions and it’s been a win. It charges up fast, couple minutes under a lamp or in sunlight and it’s good to go, and the glow is genuinely bright, not the sad dim purple some of these put out. Makes it way easier to find in the yard at dusk, and the dog can actually track it. It’s a little on the softer side compared to a regular tennis ball, but durable enough to hold up to my big dog, who is not gentle with toys. Still kicking after plenty of chomping and slobber. Fits a standard Chuckit! launcher perfectly, which is the whole point. Pros: • Glows brightly and clearly in the dark • Charges fast from any light source • Holds up well even with a big, enthusiastic chewer • Fits standard ball-throwing sticks • Great for evening or early-morning fetch Cons: • A bit softer than a regular tennis ball — a determined power-chewer could probably destroy it eventually • Glow fades after a while, so you’ll need to recharge it during long sessions • Only glows if it’s been charged, which is obvious but easy to forget Tips: • Charge it under a bright light or in the sun for a few minutes before heading out • A flashlight works in a pinch if you forgot to charge it • Keep it out of permanent fetch duty — rotate with a regular ball so it lasts longer • Not a chew toy, even though it’s tempting to leave it with the dog Five stars. If you’ve got a dog and a yard, this makes evening fetch actually doable.

This ball is 10/10. It glows incredibly bright. You can charge it in a pinch with your phone flashlight, just hold for maybe 30 seconds or so and it glows, or put it under stronger lights for supercharging and super brightness. It whistles and has a bit of rubbery bounce to it. This is every dog’s favorite ball. I wish they sold it in packs of two or more for a discount. I was shocked that in a pitch black small room (laundry room), this ball actually glowed enough to kind of see around! The glow reflected off the walls. Impressive. This is a winner of a ball and I’ll always come back for more if I ever lose it. I also like the size. I got a size Large (maybe they are all size Large?) because my large dog won’t risk choking. I try not to use Medium-chuck-it-size balls when I can — just not worth the risk to me. Size Large is comfortable for my dog’s jaw (dog is 80 pound, tall golden retriever), but also not as risky for choking. I find XL chuck-it just a bit too big for his jaw.

Dog loves this ball— easy to “chew,” extremely durable, love the hole in the middle, glows great BUT WOW— price for large has gotten way too high!!

Just a highly satisfied dog parent of this product here. We have purchased this size Chuck It Glow Ball and the smaller/normal sized version more times than I can count over the last dozen years or so. The ball lasts a good long time. We have pretty strong chewers in this house. But they seem to enjoy mouthing more than chewing on this ball which is awesome. These Glow Chuck It balls bounce great by the way. They are smooth and rubber and glow easily with just the sun or a flashlight to get them ready. Hilarious to see a glowing ball moving in the dark when you can't even see the dog that's holding it in their mouth. There are 2 holes, across from each other. And the ball is empty in the middle. They can get a good grip on these with their teeth. I THINK they float in water. It has been a long time since they've played in water with them though. And cleaning them is easy because they don't have much texture to them. If they get muddy or whatever, rinse them and they are good to be played with again. When they are wet, from water or from a dog's mouth, they are a bit slippery to hold onto and throw. The ball is a pale yellow when not glowing. They have been (over the years) a purely outside in the heat ball, and a purely inside so it stays cleaner ball at different times and for different dogs. They each always have one and they know who's is who's. Always a funny thing to say, but it is true. Considering the bendableness of the material, and the fact that our dogs do like to chew on certain things- I am more than happy with how long each ball lasts. And even when it gets old and starts to fall apart- what I have noticed is the ball will rip in spots, but doesn't seem to lose pieces of itself. Which has been handy to know they are not ingesting any pieces. Makes me feel this ball is safer for them. Of course your dog may chew and play differently than ours. But that is our experience with this. We don't have the thrower dog ball launcher, so I can't say anything about that part.

Have had for a year and we still have it. My Golden loves her balls, it is her favorite toy and she keeps it near her all day. Most toys don’t last a month or sometimes not even the day. It is durable and fun. The glow in the dark feature doesn’t really work like I thought it would, you can slightly see it in dark yard, but only if you look really hard for it. She still likes playing with it day or night.

It's my golden retriever's fav ball but it does not glow at all! When we play outdoor and night you cannot see the ball. The only time I see the ball glow is in a dark bathroom.... My dog is not playing in a bathroom.
