how do you keep this cold while shipping?

Our bottles can survive and thrive for up to 48 hours without refrigeration, except in extremely hot temperatures (100+ degrees). That means for most deliveries, it's OK if you receive bottles that are not cold anymore. Please put your bottles into the refrigerator as soon as possible, and enjoy Kombucha chilled.

I like Kombucha, but it is a fermented drink, so the taste is fruity and bubbly but not distinctly sweet.
