I use them for my regular sunglasses, not only safety glasses, so that should tell you how comfortable they are. I have a big melon head, so if you've got a little head, they may be too big, but they fit me perfect and my head size is 7 5/8. They also don't scratch easily like the cheap stuff you buy now at Wally world.
