If your going rafting or something definitely use the fabric tape to hold it in place. **Q: do this comes with adhesive tape ?** A: It comes with only 2 and if you want to order the exact adhesive tape comes with they don't know the name or where you can purchase. Hollywood tape suppose to be good. **Q: Will this work for drag queens?** A: I wouldn’t think so. Camel toe is when the crotch seam in tight pants/leggings/bathing suits basically form a wedgie in the labia majora, which looks like the pronged hooves of a camel’s foot. You’re looking for a product that will help a drag queen tuck her penis/testes, and I don’t think this product has quite enough compression and support for that, especially considering the safety and comfort that you’d want while performing!!! I’d think a jock and cup plus some ~~artistic tucking~~ would work the best for that. **Q: Is it made by Silicon? What is material?** A: I do not know what the material is and I could not find any information on the box, or on the included docs. What I can say is that it feels and looks like like very soft bandaid material on the outside. If there is silicone, it may be inside, but I simply don't know. I am a size six but this did not give me much coverage, I was definitely NOT satisfied. You can still see these pads right through the yoga pant material.
