Earl Grey tea is perhaps the finest tea ever made. The taste and smell of the tea is rejuvenating and literally takes you to a new level and makes you refreshed. I have been drinking tea for over 60 years and Earl Grey for over three decades. In my considered judgment this product is well above the average. While plain tea is the preferred drink of connoisseurs it is more important to absorb the health giving polyphenols in the tea. In that case the addition of a little citrus juice or milk helps bioavailability. This is based on research finding and endorsed by Dr William Li both in his speeches and in his book.
