If I don't cool it, the red light blinks and it never charges!** A: You must have a defective battery. Mine never get that hot while in use or charging. Call Imogen and they will send you a new one **Q: Is there a warranty?** A: The Inogen One G3 External Battery Charger comes with a 1 year warranty from Inogen. In my years of doing this, I don't think I've made more than a handful of warranty claims on the external battery charger.
