How can I purchase more?** A: I would take it to your local home depot or Lowes with the thickness of your door you wish to install it on to fine the thread size of the bolts in black that might match. Take a picture of it from your amazon order so they can see what your trying to replace. How can I contact you to be issued a replacement?** A: Contact the manufacturer directly **Q: Does backplate require routing to achieve flushness** A: It does need routering to sit flush as is. I think it looks horrible if you mount it as is as it leave a big gap. They could easily remedy it with a nice closed cell foam or plastic gasket to fill the gap.
