A Candle Makerโs Favorite Gloves ๐ค
A Candle Makerโs Favorite Gloves ๐ค โ โ โ โ โ These GLOVEWORKS nitrile gloves have become a staple in my candle studio. I can wear them for hours through my entire candle-making process; from wiping down glass jars, placing wick stickers, adding wax flakes to the melter, pouring hot wax, blending fragrance oils, and applying labels. They really hold up well for extended use. What I appreciate most is the dexterity. I can still handle small details easily, and my candle labels donโt constantly stick to the gloves while Iโm working, which is a huge win for me. Theyโre also latex-free and powder-free, which is important because Iโm actually allergic to latex and sensitive to powdered gloves. Another unexpected bonus is that my hands donโt get nearly as sweaty as they do with many other disposable gloves Iโve tried. I also like that I can quickly wash my gloved hands when needed during production. Between wax, fragrance oils, and general candle-making messes, my gloves can get pretty coated throughout the day, and these hold up surprisingly well to a quick wash and keep me from constantly changing pairs. My only minor con is entirely user-related ๐๐ My wedding ring setting sits a bit high, and the prongs will occasionally poke through the ring finger area of the glove. Rather than remove my diamond ring and risk misplacing it during production, I just deal with the tiny tear since it doesnโt really affect the functionality for me. For candle makers, crafters, food prep, cleaning, or messy projects in general, these have been excellent. I also use them in my home. Great product! I hope that this review helps you decide. I know itโs what I wouldโve liked to hear when picking out disposable nitrile gloves.

Value for money.
Fits perfect, thick and not easy to rip. Good quality exactly as advertised, offers good protection. Not very easy to stretch, easy to put on and take off.

Durable and fits
The gloves are really good and fits well. Im a chef and it is durable and not tight on my hands. Wish it was cheaper in price but its still worth the price. Highly recommend.

Nice and thick, it's hard to find gloves for big hands
I bought size X-Large, and it is exactly the right size for me. They even make a bigger size, XX-Large. My fingers are fairly long, so almost any gloves they might have at the supermarket will indeed fit onto my hands, but then I will feel like I have webbed fingers, like a duck. The gloves are stretchy, so you can pull them all the way on, but if the fingers are not long enough, there will be webbing between my fingers full of air. With these gloves in X-Large, the glove fingers are at least as long as my own fingers. This is how gloves SHOULD fit, because having the glove stretched over your finger makes it resist bending in your finger, as the rubber along the top of your finger gets stretched even more. These gloves are THICK, which is what I wanted. This manufacturer makes a thinner glove. These are not medical exam gloves and will not give fine touch perception. Rather, these gloves are good for cleaning things with steel wool without tearing them to pieces. These gloves are durable enough that they never tear while pulling them on. However, if you do manage to puncture the glove, the tear will spread like wildfire, as is the case with all gloves of this type, both nitrile synthetic rubber (like these) and natural latex rubber (the classic material that causes allergies for some people). These gloves are not powdered, which I prefer. Unlike more expensive gloves (which are often medical exam gloves), these do not have a thick or reliable bead around the wrist. These do have a subtle bead (a ring of thicker material at the very edge), but it is quite thin and it is not consistent in thickness, and it curls in places. Do not count on these gloves to snap tight against your wrist and totally prevent sweat from dripping out the bottom. Lacking a tight bead on the wrist is not necessarily a bad thing, it can be uncomfortable, especially if you plan to wear the gloves for a long time. These gloves are subtly textured, I am not sure if it makes a difference. I can certainly open tightly closed bottles with these gloves on, so that's good. Despite frequent warnings that latex rubber and nitrile rubber are not resistant to organic solvents, these gloves have never shown any signs of weakening when exposed to solvents ranging from hexane to diethyl ether. Ether does penetrate the gloves to a small extent, such that my skin will smell like ether afterward. Isopropanol does not penetrate the gloves at all, my skin remains odorless. These gloves are likely completely impenetrable to water, but it is impossible to know because my hands can excrete sweat, so finding water on my skin doesn't mean anything.

Years of Use, Still the Best Gloves Around
Iโve used these gloves for years across different tasks: โข Food prep โข Car repairs โข Cleaning โข General shop work They hold up well in every situation. No rips, no slipping, no powder mess. The textured grip makes handling tools easy, even when wet or greasy. They fit snug without feeling tight. No skin reactions, which is a big plus for latex-sensitive users. Honestly, I havenโt found another glove that compares. If they keep making them, Iโll keep buying them. Would I switch? Probably not.

Professional-quality disposable gloves with a great fit
As a hairstylist, I go through a lot of disposable gloves, and the Gloveworks black nitrile gloves are my favorite. They fit comfortably, hold up well during color services, and the black looks much more professional than the typical clear or blue gloves. Iโve found them to be reliable for long appointments, and they give me the durability I need without sacrificing comfort. Pros: Black nitrile looks professional and hides stains Comfortable, snug fit without being too tight Strong and durable โ donโt tear easily during use Great for salon work, but versatile for other uses too Cons: A little pricier than basic disposable gloves- but i feel worth it These gloves are a great choice if you want professional-looking, durable disposables. Perfect for hairstylists, tattoo artists, food prep or anyone who wants comfort, protection, and a polished look.

Very nice gloves for every day use
Iโve used nitrile gloves for a long time, mostly in industrial environments. They are great for keeping chemicals and small nicks and cuts from occurring. I have professional cut and abrasion rated gloves for the more serious projects that require all day durability and less tactility. But for everyday projects around the house or vehicles, these are super handy and surprisingly durable. Iโve always understood that your hands are gonna get beat up if you use them for projects. Itโs just part of it. But when my wife kept pointing out how many cuts and scrapes and how much general damage my hands and arms were taking, I started wearing gloves and arm protection more often. Iโm probably just getting softer as I get older, but itโs nice not spending the week working with busted up hands and fingers. These gloves definitely help with that.

6 Stars - Best Gloves for Real Gopnik Hands
Listen here, blyat. These gloves are absolute legend. I give them 6 stars, even if thatโs not possible, because they deserve it. Only problem? Every time I buy more, price goes up like vodka at tourist bar. But what to do? They are worth every ruble. I have giant bear pawsโhands like shovel, yes? Finding gloves that fit and donโt rip when I just adjust them is harder than finding decent vodka in fancy western store. These bad boys? Perfect fit, no tear, no nonsense. Thick enough to survive anything from raw chicken to raw sewageโand Iโve handled both. Thickness is just rightโnot too thick to make fingers useless, but strong enough to not rip like cheap plastic bag. I havenโt tried every glove out thereโmaybe 5 kinds in my lifeโbut who cares? The others donโt even exist in my memory anymore. These are the chosen gloves of gopnik life. Black color is classy tooโlooks like you mean business, whether youโre fixing Lada, squatting at bus stop, or just handling mystery garbage behind apartment building. And grip? Oh, blyat, grip is like bear hugโwonโt let go of anything. When they go on sale, I buy many. No messing around. Stock up like true gopnik. They handle grease, gasoline, raw meat, and whatever disgusting sludge you get into without breaking a sweat. Perfect for man who lives life rough and dirty, but with style. If you have giant man hands like me, these are the only gloves you need. Na zdorovye, and happy squatting!

Snug fit, lab quality
As a chemist I am working with gloves often. I was looking for gloves that compared to that quality that I can use at home. Those ones feel like they have the same thickness than the gloves I use in lab and they don't feel cheap. They are smaller than other brands though. I'm usually right between small and medium, small being very fit and medium to big. With these, medium is just right. I would absolutely not fit in their small I'm sure. Texture is nice. I have not tested yet if they are "puncture resistant" or how much heavy use they can handle but I'm confident the quality is good enough for normal house chores. Its stated on the box "non-medical use only" for those who wonder. They are "chemical resistant" as are any other nitrile gloves. Of course they don't stand well contact with some types of solvents even if they state otherwise. I don't need to test that to know it. Edit: Since I received them, I tried to stretch some of the gloves, -a lot-, and they never ripped apart. They resisted to pinch, slight cuts, etc. Depending on the task I'm using them for, I sometimes even re-use them.

Nice gloves
First time using these gloves for lab use. Great grip. Slightly thicker than the nitrile gloves I was previously using, which may reduce tearing. Very comfortable. I will be purchasing again!

Well made
These gloves are very strong and easy to put on. They are a significant improvement over the latex types of old, and the nitrile material is much more comfortable and well fitting, neither too tight nor too loose. They do seem to be sized slightly smaller smaller than disposable gloves used to be, so one might be well advised to size up by one size if on the border between two sizes.

Excellent, hard to beat for the price!
I've used all kinds of gloves and for the price these are excellent! Sure they will tear from jagged metal edges, but I just used these for keeping grease and other crap off of my hands. The XL is a nice fit, not TIGHT but not loose at all for me and they take quite a bit of force to break them - as in I stretched it to my bicep before it snapped. One day shipping to me in Ontario Canada, can't complain about that!
