The first part is 45 minutes long-and then it breaks a little while and it goes into part 2 which is 15 minutes long. The second track is a bell ringing once, it signifies the meditation and then on in it's all quiet. It's kind of strange but it's a meditation cd. It's not a boring-will put you to sleep-meditation trance either. It's rather funky and cool.
