Review: Super sharp - Expensive, but sharp and holds well in your hand. Had one for about 10-12 years. Lesson for longevity is to hand wash. We kept washing it in the dishwasher. Probably not recommended. BUT, even though we washed in the dishwasher over many years it did keep a good edge. We were not be putting the new one in the dishwasher. Did I say it was super sharp? Great for bread - cuts tomatoes like nothing else. Double ceration is incredible

Wow! I read the reviews and people had great things to say about this knife. But I was overly surprised with it. It is so much sharper than the Zwilling bread knife I have that it is hands down no comparison. My advice....get one!!
