Review: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Cookbook!!! - This is a wonderful book if you are like me and looking for fast, easy recipes. I am in no way, shape or form a cook (I can burn water), but this book makes it super easy and fun [to help] me stick to a more healthy eating lifestyle. It even has sample weekly menus and calorie suggestions based on your age and exercise levels. I highly recommend this book if you are anything like me - {Lazy and inexperienced} in the kitchen. I was so happy with this book that I purchased another one for a friend of mine.
Review: 10/10 - Love this book, best bang for my buck. Can’t wait to use it to meal plan :) the book was a lot larger and heftier than I thought it was going to be too!! Plenty of pictures, it has parts about the family who wrote the book, and I love the helpful tips they include for each recipe. I just added a couple of pics of all the recipes they include and the meal planning part.

This is a wonderful book if you are like me and looking for fast, easy recipes. I am in no way, shape or form a cook (I can burn water), but this book makes it super easy and fun [to help] me stick to a more healthy eating lifestyle. Love this book, best bang for my buck. Can’t wait to use it to meal plan :) the book was a lot larger and heftier than I thought it was going to be too!! I am truly pleased with this purchase. I live in rural USA. Our small community owned grocery store has 3 aisles. I live 35 miles from the nearest big box supermarket. I need a cookbook that uses practical everyday supplies and has great tasting recipes. I wasn't looking for a 100 calorie cookbook, that just happened to be a bonus. This cookbook is chock-full of good tasting, easy prep, and real food ingredients. It will become a fast favorite in my cookbook collection. I read cookbooks like a good novel and this is a repeat read that is for certain.
