Not to mention, where the 1/2" holes are in the bumper - pre-drilled by Chevy - it mounts the lights pretty much dead centre to the rear tires. Talk about stones, mud, gravel, etc, etc, beating the bejabers out of those lights. This idea is great! The aluminum is not going to rust like every other component on the underside of my Chevy. This mounts beautifully over the rear hitch, and bolts up tight. Then, you can mount what ever you like - so long as it fits! I just went to a package of six LED's (stacked two up) on each side, in a nice, compact light. Waterproof and mounted with stainless steel fasteners, it should outlast the truck! I purchase mine through the desertcart Warehouse Deals, so because there was some damage (are you kidding? Two or three tiny scratches you can't even see!) the price was near 1/2 the regular. I found that to be amazing! No, I have not hooked them up yet. I will need to run some wires, add a relay and a fuse and a cabin switch. While that's not too bad, I will wait for warmer weather before I spend a few hours on my back under the truck. I really like the idea of this product. Well thought out. Looking at the product, it is well made and made with the right kind of material - aluminum.
