Works... Mostly.
I purchased this product to remove some dead wires in my house... It worked most of the time. There were some instances where it gave false signals which made me run around in circles. It also beeped randomly sometimes and i had to reset it to calibrate it. After getting around the above issues, I was able to locate most of the dead wires.

It Works!!!
Needed this to track a dead wire through a wall, not knowing which direction it went. I traced it to it's origin and was able to repair the circuit.

Clarity in ad
The description implied it worked to trace all wiring in the walls. Truth is it only works for things like electronics. Does not work to trace AC wiring.
