When I wash it does not easily distribute. When I condition, it does not separate and soften wet hair for styling. I have curly hair and use praying hands method to distribute my curly products. This duo does not provide a base to easy combing or scrunching. I have lost more hair trying to make the shampoo and conditioner products work for me. At the same time, the serum is wonderful.
