I used a light gauze in the area to relieve the direct pressure on the incision. Another consideration is size. After the removal of a testicle there will be some inflammation that will gradually decrease. For proper support, if you used to be "baseball size" a smaller size may give better support. Take your time to do the research and selection, once the package is opened it cannot be returned due to sanitary concerns. I normally don't leave product reviews, but this one deserves some kudos.
